How long before the coach moves on?

I have 2 2021's. They have a coach that has been texting and calling them both. He invited them to a camp last month but they couldn't attend, one due to hamstring problem and the other because of cross country meet, he was trying to get all-conference again.

The coach texted again asking them if they could attend a camp next month since they missed the last one. Here is the issue, the one with the hamstring issue has more than just a hamstring and has a MRI scheduled for next week and the other one hurt his non throwing shoulder playing football last week and has an MRI scheduled for this week. So with one that can not squat or run and the other can not even hold a bat right now there is no way to attend.

Here is my question, how long will a coach keep in touch if there is always an excuse for not attending. They are both interested in the school and hate they may miss a good opportunity but nothing can be done about injuries.
