Just dropped off Junior in Alabama , his schedule for the next 3 weeks :
6:30 AM Run hills and valley's till Coach gets tired .
8:00 AM Class till noon
12:00 PM weight lifting for 1 hour
1:00 PM lunch
2:00 PM till 3:30 PM Study
3:30 till 6:00 PM Practice followed by sprints
Not punishment , merely wants to win a Championship
Winners Train , Losers Complain !
