Who was the lowest PG rated player ever to play a game in the majors? I'll bet PGStaff knows!

For my part, as to the OP, I think PG does a very honorable job of rating players. The only PG showcase my son attended he did very early, and I thought their rating and their comments were perfectly fair and accurate.
