Okay, so given that one has a faster rate of acceleration than the other, and both are limited in top speed, how do you increase the top speed? Is this where the arms, and hands add to it? Also, if you're the guy who posted about rotating in an imaginary tube on h-m, it would be helpful if you reposted that here.
