I am a little confused by your post. As a HS coach, we use hudl for both football and baseball. You can view video on a PC, laptop, tablet, or phone. Coaches and players can make some video public so that it can be viewed by anyone using browser. Don't think it happens as much with baseball but very popular for football players to have highlight videos that you can access by using name search.
