My 2019 son is not a pitcher but throws hard and pitches as secondary at all the showcases. He doesn’t work on his craft so obviously, he didn’t throw a lot of strikes, and off pitches were wild. But he has more interests from colleges because he pitched and threw hard. One college even wanted him as a PO. So for pitching, i think they are looking at velocity, and for hitting, mechanics. Also, how aggressive he is on the field and base running.
