If someone could explain this to me legitimately, it would be greatly appreciated!

Do you not read newspapers or watch the news on TV? Are you ignorant of how many people are killed or maimed because of someone driving "ONLY" 10 mph OVER the posted speed limit? On May 25, a truck driver going ONLY 10 mph over the limit decided to pass me in a no passing zone while I was attempting to make a left turn. My car was totalled, he never even slowed down, and came close to killing me.

"Miniscule" to tell an umpire to cheat? That's what suggesting to change the strike zone is.
