Reply to "In-Season Strength Training"

You can do this:

Eliminate your Core Lifts (like deadlifts, squats, bench)and sub them with precision excersises. You want to aim for High Rep/Lower Weight activites.
(This one works to maintain your gained muscle)


OR


Continue your off-season plan except lower weight/higer reps and stretch after your warm-up and then stretch after your workout.(and when i say this i mean with a stretch band and all that).


This is what I did last season, Is this what you want to do? Please an expert trainer correct me if im wrong!
