Reply to "insanity workout"

I have used the insanity workout. In fact I use it the first 3 weeks of school as the "re-conditioning" phase of my off-season. I also use it when the weight room is not available for use to use and on rainy days, instead of speed and agility work outside, we do insanity. I know for a fact other coaches in Texas are using this workout because I have talked to them. You might want to also check on the P90X workouts - not the weight lifting - the conditioning and plyo. Send me private message and I'll send you what I have - its organized and easy to implement without the video. Coach led workout. But if you have the video - use it - the boys will like it.
