From our experience, after our son was seen on the mound by the RC, our 20 videos on you tube were very helpful so that the PC could evaluate him before our visit to campus and subsequent offer. IMHO, if your kid isnt in the mix at the top level showcases and tourneys etc, video is a great way to communicate his skills set on the mound.
