Good question, but I don't know the answer. I guess the NCAA could suspend the offending coach. I think it's another example of NCAA overkill. Did such recruiting occur? Probably but was it such a big problem to ban D I and D II coaches from any team with JUCO's? Nope. All they had to do was prohibit a JUCO player from signing with a school where a coach was his summer coach. What's so hard about that?
