We were told by the ks juco son verbaled to the max they could offer was books and tuition but then several of his buddies committed to same school and they got books tuition and like 50% room and board too

I know what they are allowed to offer, I'm more concerned with what is typically offered. I don't know how "fully funded" schools in the midwest are.
