had a NAIA coach tell me he was "really pumped" (

) after a meeting with his AD where he was told that the administration wanted to expand the baseball program, inc adding a JV team.

reality sunk in when they gave him YEARLY enrollment/recruiting quotas that he was REQUIRED to meet ... and directed him not to be so fussy about athletic skills IF they met academic AND financial criteria
