Over the weekend my son got an offer and committed to a high-academic D1 mid-major as a 2020 that is a great fit for him. Very competitive baseball and an excellent school close to home. we are thrilled for him. It was a long road. The early success, the injury and the recovery were all learning experiences for him and will help him going forward. Two years and four months between offers was plenty of time for self-doubt and worry to creep in. And that was just me.
