Friend had the same thing happen with Goods, then the handle collapsed into the barrel. When that happened, he sent it in and had no issues. I have returned a bunch of CFs without issue. As long as you follow the warranty directions on there site, it has taken 2-4 weeks in the past depending on what they have in stock. When they didn't have the same model in stock they offered the next years model when it was already out or voucher.

Thanks for the info. He wants to move up to a 33" for summer ball. I wonder if they would let us send in the 32" and ask for a 33" as the replacement.
