Reply to "long toss"

My recommendation... I would say that you should play long toss for like 30 min or so. The distance should get as far away from the other person that you can with throwing the ball on one hop to the other person, without hurting your arm. In time, your distance will get farther apart. In my experience, it really worked. After I have TJ surgery, I started at 30ft. That is all the farther I could throw. I did my rehab and like 9 months later, I was and still am throwing about 300ft-330ft with no pain. Be sure to stretch out good before you do long toss though.
