Not sure about the Northeast, but Northern Ohio isn't fun at all in March. 35 degrees with a NE wind come off of Lake Erie makes it feel even colder. Heck, son's team had a game in Evansville, IN on their way home from their spring break trip. Game was live streamed with just a camera behind the plate. My son was pitching and at one point it was snowing so hard that it looked like there was no outfield....could barely make out the second baseman lol
