Here is a good explanation for the swing level of some pros

Basically the swing is level to the chest/top of the shoulders and the body tilt causes a slight uppercut. In a cage swing they engage less in the legs and hips so the swing is quite flat. In a game swing the spine angle slightly changes and you swing up more.
