Reply to "Matador Dad - College Games"

Hey maysfan how are you? Johnny is slowly getting some time,(he also played CF down in Texas last weekend vs. Wake Forest, that was fun, I went to Houston for the weekend, he was 2-3 at the plate), he's had 9 ab's so far, he's 3-9. Looks like he might be getting more time in the outfield, the team is not playing very well and I think the coaches are starting to look for a spark from anyone, we'll see I guess.
He really loves the team and school so that's a plus. Playing time will come I'm sure, if he wants more he'll just have to produce when he gets the chance.

Long relief is great! He gets his feet wet and doesn't have the added pressure of starter or closer. Good for his development and confidence.

Keep me informed, I love to hear about the boys and their college experiences.

Regards,
Frank Coit
