It's a shame that the mind-set is that you have to hit 90 to be considered a pitcher. Hitting high 80's and 90 can be achieved by throwing. Theres a huge gap between throwing and pitching. His exposure will come if it hasn't already. Cream will always rise to the top and to be honest I don't know this kid nor have I seen him play. JMO concerning radar readings.
