TimeToStepUp (if that is your real name), My son played w/ the Marshals 18U this past season. If you want to know about the coach(es), I don't think you would find better men than Andy Postema or Lance Alford (last year's coaches). I'm not sure who is coaching this year, but I can speak about them. As far as the level of talent, they may have not been the best, but they played well and beat some pretty good teams including Blackhawks 18, Oklahoma Travelers, Dallas Mustangs (Tadlock) and Lubbock Hubbers to name a few (oh yea, the Arlington Heat...

) Every 18 year old is playing college ball somewhere, be it D1, JC or NAIA. The Marshals run a top notch organization. If you have more specific questions, let me know.
