I want to meet CD too!

I offered to fly him into Charlotte - but he said no.

CD countered with the following:

1) A round trip flight - First Class
2) A home cooked "Italiano" meal
3) $400,000 appearance fee.

I declined the counter offer.

Flight is good
$400,000 is good

But no on the meal.

We continue to negotiate.
