I agree with freddy77, but I wouldn't get the composite. Here in Calif. they moved up the ban on composite bats to 2011. We can use BESR bats only if BBCOR bats are not available, but no composite barrels, composite handles ok. I think there is a link in the Calif. forum about the new ruling. So if your kid has a composite, get ready to spend some money.
