Jeremy Affeldt of the Royals had the same problem all last season, they eventually moved him to the bullpen, but late in the season, after changing the grip on some of his pitches he didnt experience the problem anymore, maybe that would help?? Not really sure, just heard it on the radio one day. good luck.
