In my opinion the coaching staff was in over their heads from day one. They consistently cannot get the top 10 players in their own state much less surrounding states. When you lose the recruiting battle for instate talent to a mid major and you are an sec school you are in trouble. If you are not getting the best talent you better be great at developing players. Facilities are the worst in sec. no real plans to upgrade. When you are playing from the bottom in sec it makes a long year which is other reason for turnover. It is amazing how many players left there and went to other sec schools.
