After not seeing any pro scouts at our games all season I've seen the same guy at past 4 starts. 6 different at his most recent start.

Question is, is it too late to get any real interest at this point? 10 days out from the first pick and with the state tournament in full swing any start could be his last, especially with pitch count rules.

Without getting too far ahead and not assuming anything, wouldn't signing numbers and health have to be discussed at some point? Or do they just draft at will for the last 20 rounds just hoping they can get some kids to sign for cheap?

Also assuming they're just area guys trying to get some possible names out there for the later rounds
