Stated this earlier in the thread, but no sport is more physically and mentally demanding than wrestling. It’s punishing. Dan Gable, perhaps the greatest wrestler in history, famously said “Once you’ve wrestled everything else in life is easy”. As true a statement as there’s ever been.
