We had a Muhl bag in our indoor and, honestly, I would not purchase it again. We had a problem, not with the bag, but with the solid, rubber sleeve that the bag hangs on (through the bag's center). It broke twice.
Also I had to watch the players carefully at that station. They figured out rather quickly that if you positioned the bag back in their stance, they could then strike the bag and "throw" the bag up and over with the bat.
