I too am "retired", more or less my employers choice due to a serious accident. I stay indoors frequently due to the hot weather, which is unbearable everywhere this summer.
Have been on the boards frequently to help with the recruiting process as well, receive many emails a day helping others in the process. And I am not in the business at all to profit, I do it for enjoyment.

I do not always agree with TR's approach, but I will back him up anyday when it comes to his motives to help others.
