I agree with trhit, this would be a major obstacle, since schools don't start and end at the same time, and do you have a national champion for each division of high school? I know in california they don't even have a state champion because of the logistics and the fact that the state has so many schools. as far as players transfering to different schools (recruited), we deal with that all the time in california, they have what is called "school of choice". So, you don't have to do like you used to do, use your grandmother's address. National championships...great idea, won't work.
