Hope they get banned and that the states follow and the various sanctioning associations ban them too.
I am an adult slow pitch player and this issue of rolling and shaving the composites is really old nes to us. It has, and is, a huge issue in the slow pitch game. Pitchers wearing helmets/masks for protection. The colleges, high schools and sanctioning bodies need to take responsibility for safety purposes. Switch eberyone back to wood or at the worst the old single wall aluminium. Just my two "sense".
