Yes, in a very non-hostile enviroment, I'd try and find out the coach's problem.....try working with him to resolve the problem...
....and if that doesn't work...I'd leave his name off everything! Use other Coach references.....has he previously played for the fall/travel ball Coach? You said this was a new AL Coach....did son play for the former AL Coach?
