My son in very similar situation. He was MVP of his league, All State player and Legion coach won't play him this summer even though there has never been anything between them. Have had several scouts and college coaches contact him as well as the coach to find out when they can come watch him. We have told them to come to the summer showcases he will be in instead of Legion but would like to find out why coach is acting the way he is. He just keeps blowing smoke with our son and refuses to talk to parents about playing time.
