I would keep the length to 2 minutes or less, max 3 minutes. No slow Mo, the coaches can see mechanics without slowing it down. I would definitely have him in baseball pants and some type of jersey or dri-fit. Coaches are very old school and like it when a kid "looks the part" in baseball attire.
