Need help with swing

So here is a video of my swing off an iron mike pitching machine. I have been having all kinds of trouble this season will popups to the right side and badly hit ground balls as well as just making contact with pitches at times. I have always been a good hitter and have never struggled as much I am this season so i think thats theres a swing flaw somewhere i just cant find as opposed to a mental or visual approach. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.
