4:50 Pitchers Mechanics work , pick offs , pitchers fielding practice
Outfielders in the cage. One live bp, others toss ball and working off t's rotating through.

5:15 Inf to cage doing what the of did at 4:50. Of working on throwing to cuts. Pitchers exta conditioning running, stretching etc. Catchers with pitchers.
5:30 Catchers and Pitchers to cage. Of and Inf working together on cuts plays to first second and third.
5:50 First and third Defense First and third Offense. Bunt Offense and Bunt Defense. Base running. Rotating everyone through each. This is a team drill with everyone envolved.
6:20 Team conditioning everyone. Stretch, 10 40s, 10 60s, 4 380s. Quick team meeting to talk about the practice and then field maintenance. Practice over.

We substitute every other day live bp off our pitchers for the team drill. You can also mix up the schedule and add scrimmages etc. But this is a typical day. We usually go about 3 hours and practice on Saturdays as well. As we get into the season we go about 2 and 1/2 hrs. We shorten some stations. But we do first and thirds and situations as well as bunt d and o every day. Hope this helps.
