CoachMay gave a good typical format. the main thing is to have a highly organized format that keeps everyone moving and active working on the fundamental skills. I have purchased the planners from the Baseball-Excellence website. I don't coach at your level but have found them useful. Time is the big enemy and you have to get things down on paper and stick to a sound routine. Good luck.
Do you have assistants? If so get them to pitch in as well.
