What i did to break my kelley in:

Took it out of the box and bag,
took it to an indoor batting cage (got it in mid october),
took about 5 buckets of balls to get it good enough for highschool ball,
broke in alot more during highschool ball,
i am now just putting glove oil on it 9 months later....
