I posted this question earlier but saw your forum and wanted to post here as well.

Q1. Does a redshirt Junior (Sr Academically/Jr Athletically) have more leverage and if so in what way than a Senior in the draft bonus pool under the new guidelines.

Q2. My son is LHP who had alot of scout interest last year but had control issues. Unfortunatly he was not drafted but has had a solid summer and seems to have made the necessary corrections. He hit 97 2x over the summer and sat in low 90's 14 IP 26 Srtike outs , 5 walks, 7 Hits 1.02 ERA. BAA was .146 Unfortunatly very wet season so many games cancelled Is it appropriate to send his current stats to the scouts who have reached out to him in the past?
