@PitchingFan - I always tell him "This is your thing, not mine. You are the player. I just support you. If you ever decide you don't want to do it anymore, that's 100% fine and I support that too."

So, I can't then tell him "Even though it's your thing and no reflection on me, good or bad, I am going to disregard your wishes and do whatever I want regarding your news."
