Reply to "No Tees"

Some of the new "data" type hitting coaches that are around now and active on social media are saying "no tee" because they want to make practice more "game like" and think that the tee can create bad habits.

Personally I like the tee for working on certain movements and drills but there should be a progression to live balls.

But there are some who want to ditch the tee altogether and want to make everything as game like as possible albeit I think to learn new movements a tee can be beneficial.

But I know some of those no tee guys are now in pro ball too and some teams have skipped your traditional 60 mph on field BP for high Velo machine work in cages.
