I have not convicted the Duke players before they've been charged and I am not talking about the rape charges, I am talking about the other disciplinary problems they have had, lewdness, drunkeness, general bad behavior and yes they have banned tailgating at the Yale games, for precisely the reasons I am talking about! I am worried about the athletes at these fine schools, they're not fine at all. They should be setting an example for everyone else.
