NoVA post-HS baseball?

My 2017 catcher is looking forward to and preparing for his final season of HS baseball. He's headed to Virginia Tech this Fall and looks to try and play on a club team (he passed up an opportunity to play D3 baseball). So, he'll need to get some at least semi-meaningful game time in this summer, and semi-organized practices would be nice. In general, and specifically, what options exist for summer ball for an 18+ player? Thanks for any help you can provide, and feel free to send me a private message.
