Been on both sides of the score. Found it to be neither fun nor beneficial. When on the winning side, get out of there as fast as possible or get the starters out of there asap. On the losing side, praise the good plays, correct the bad ones and move on.

Either way, it is not unlike other leagues or sports. You have some good teams, some middle of the road teams and some bottom feeders. Just a fact of life.
