based on the comment that ball, catcher and runner arrive at the same time all you have here is a collision and a possible safe or out call......

In NFHS rules you do not have to slide 10 feet from the base, you can around a fielder to avoid interfereing with the fielder, and the catcher has the right to be in the base path to field the ball.....

This is a train wreck......nothing to call but safe or out......
