Off season HS pitcher workouts?

What are your 2017-2018-2019 pitchers doing this off season?

My 2018 attended his last camp of the fall this past weekend. He's been in the gym 2 days per week. He may ramp it up to 3. He has one more session this week with his pitching coach to go over off-season dry work - mechanics, towel drill and med ball type stuff I guess.

The high school coach bought a team subscription to the driveline program, and he has access to all the bands, plyoballs, etc. My son has not been doing it though. There is no supervision as far as I can tell and I'm reluctant to have him messing with weighted balls on his own.

You guys have any structured programs to share?
