@Zanzibar first I love Tanzania/Zanzibar and second, my son committed summer before jr. Year. It came with a lot of extra pressure to perform but he stayed motivated to continue to grow as a player. One caveat is that I think that his motivation is internal though. He does not respond one way or the other to what people who don’t know him think about him.
