It’s a sad state of affairs. I just spent 3 days in Grand Junction at the JuCo World Series. Two teams were in the same hotel as me and other players were often in the stands around me. I saw every team play and I talked to a lot of players. The common theme was, “I have limited options for a place to play next year” - and I’m talking about really good players with 2 years of college playing experience. I read posts from parents that have kids that are 2022, 2023, 2024, etc. and I just wonder if they understand the reality of what they are up against.
