Thank you for sharing. Very well written. Many aspects of the story resonated with me.... the injury, the recovery, the mental struggles, the change in plans, the uncertainty, sleepless nights, etc... not to mention that our sons were likely speaking to the same schools at the same time. Your son will have three impressive institutions (I'm incl his high school) on his resume, all with an amazing alumni network. His story of perseverance will pay dividends down the road.
