1.) Illegally hit ball, Catcher gets PU
2.) It is a stolen base, in both cases...
3.) Your son must be a catcher... You score a SB for the advance to second. If the runner goes to third, you normally score E-2. I have seen it scored as an error on the MIF who was supposed to cover and didn't. It's a SB to get to second, however.
4.) I would score a two base passed ball and then stay late and mow the grass.
